Gifts chosen, the buyer moves to Recipients & Gift Messages: add people one by one, or upload the whole list as a CSV. Then come two questions most gifting tools never ask: what type of message? (one message for the whole list, a different note per recipient, or none at all) and
when to send?, which separates the moment the message lands from the moment the order was paid for.
The Add another cart? step is the one people miss. One programme can run several gift bundles at once, so the senior client list and the whole-team send needn't be two exercises.
