It compares your orders with patterns Giftnote has learned from more than 680,000 gifts, such as a shipping address that doesn't match the buyer's. Treat the results as an estimate.

What's locked on the free plan?

The Performance, Cohort, Products and Conversions reports are locked, and new gift messages and gift cards are paused. Upgrade to Core Gifting or Corporate Gifting (Professional) to switch them on.

Do I keep my data if I upgrade?

Yes. Giftnote keeps your data when you move between plans, so your Gift Audit history carries over.

Turn missed gifts into gift messages

On Core Gifting, shoppers add a gift message on the product page, cart or cart drawer. Giftnote sends it to the recipient by branded email and SMS: when the carrier marks the parcel delivered, when the order ships, 15 minutes after payment, or on a date the sender picks.
