About this gift
Alaska Weathervane Scallops are large, naturally sweet sea scallops with a firm, buttery texture and a beautiful golden sear. Wild-caught in Alaska, they are shucked and frozen at sea in a block to preserve their quality, then vacuum-sealed and processed in the USA.
Each 1.25 lb pack contains 10/20 size scallops (10–20 per pound). They are natural “dry” scallops with no added water, chemicals or preservatives, so they sear instead of steam and taste of pure scallop. A lean, high-quality protein with 16.2 g of protein per 3.5 oz serving, they are excellent pan-seared in butter, grilled, or tossed with pasta, garlic and white wine.
