About Shopify Flow Integration
Automate gifting with Shopify Flow using Giftnote's native triggers and action. Fire workflows the moment an order message is created or delivered, a gift card is purchased with or without a message, or store credit is issued.
Combine those triggers with Giftnote conditionals — recipient email or phone, sender, message, and gift-card value — plus Shopify Order, Customer and Product data, and use the Provide Store Credit action to close the loop.
How to Get Started
Connect Shopify Flow to Giftnote in just a few steps
Enable Giftnote in Shopify Flow
In Giftnote → Settings → Integrations, click Configure on Shopify Flow, enable the toggle and Save. Triggers activate automatically when used in a flow.
Build your workflow
In Shopify Flow, start a workflow from a Giftnote trigger — order message created/delivered, gift card created, or store credit issued.
Add actions and conditions
