How to Get Started

Connect Reviews.io to Giftnote in just a few steps

Enable Giftnote's Shopify Flow triggers

In the Giftnote app, go to Settings > Integrations, select Configure next to Shopify Flow, ensure the main toggle is enabled, and save. This exposes Giftnote's Flow trigger events: Order Message created, Order Message delivered, Store Credit issued, Gift card created, Gift card message created, and Gift card message delivered.

Set REVIEWS.io's invitation trigger to API/Shopify Flow

In REVIEWS.io, go to Integrations >> Shopify, scroll to the 'Configure Invitation Trigger' section, and set the Invitation Trigger drop-down to 'API/Shopify Flow'. Note: this stops invites being queued automatically through the Shopify app — invites will only fire from a Flow workflow you build.

Confirm plan eligibility for REVIEWS.io's Flow app

REVIEWS.io's Shopify Flow app is only available to merchants on the Shopify Advanced or Shopify Plus plans — confirm the store's plan before building any Flow workflow using it.
