How to Get Started
Connect Okendo to Giftnote in just a few steps
Turn on Giftnote's Shopify Flow triggers
In the Giftnote dashboard go to Settings → Integrations → Configure next to Shopify Flow, and enable the toggle. This activates Giftnote's six Flow triggers: Order Message created, Order Message delivered, Store Credit issued, Gift card created, Gift card message created, and Gift card message delivered.
Create an Okendo Loyalty custom earn rule and copy its Action ID
In Okendo, go to Loyalty > Points Rules > Earn Points and add a Custom Event (Fixed Points) or Custom Event (Points Per) rule. Save it, reopen it, expand How To Trigger, and copy the Action ID — this is what a Shopify Flow workflow will call.
Build the Flow: Giftnote trigger → loyalty-points action
In Shopify Flow, create a workflow using a Giftnote trigger (e.g. Order Message delivered) as the start, optionally add a condition (e.g. order total threshold), then add a loyalty-points action. Giftnote's own worked example pairs this exact trigger with an "Add loyalty points to customer" action and lists Okendo among the compatible loyalty apps.
