About Loop Returns Integration
Simplify returns on gift orders by connecting Giftnote with Loop. When enabled, a Loop Returns link is added to your Giftnote order-message notifications, so recipients can start a return without friction.
If Giftnote is also connected to Klaviyo, the Order Message event carries the Loop return link as a variable you can place and customise inside your Klaviyo flows.
How to Get Started
Connect Loop Returns to Giftnote in just a few steps
Enable the integration
In Giftnote → Settings → Integrations, click Configure on Loop Returns, toggle it on and Save.
Add the returns link to notifications
Open the order-message settings and enable the Loop Returns link to add the returns module to gift notifications.
Use it in Klaviyo (optional)
If Klaviyo is also connected, the Order Message event includes the Loop return-link variable for use in your Klaviyo flows.
