About Attentive Integration
Send Giftnote gift notifications through Attentive so every gift message, eGift card, and store-credit reveal goes out with your brand's design and timing. Giftnote manages the trigger and delivery logic while Attentive handles the send.
Emails fire as transactional the moment a gift is scheduled, delivered, or received, using variables for sender, recipient, message, and delivery time. SMS is delivered to recipients who have opted in through Attentive — add an SMS sign-up link to grow that list from every gift.
How to Get Started
Connect Attentive to Giftnote in just a few steps
Connect Attentive
In Giftnote → Settings → Integrations, click Configure on Attentive, then approve the permissions in Attentive to link your account.
Send test events
Reopen the modal and send test events, then start a new journey in Attentive to confirm all Giftnote events appear.
Build your gifting journey
Create an Attentive Flow journey from a Giftnote trigger, personalising with sender, recipient, message and delivery-time variables.
Enable and go live
Return to Giftnote, enable Attentive and Save. Emails send as transactional; SMS delivers to recipients opted into Attentive.
