Peak Light's Field Run Semi-Dry Cider blends mid-season maturing apples. Residual sugars are left behind, lending a subtle sweetness that draws out this cider’s aromatic qualities. Lightly floral with notes of baked apple, sweet grass, and Meyer lemon. Enjoy on its own or with soft cheeses, crudités, and summer salads.
Apple varieties include Dabinett, Rubinette, Pitmason Pineapple, and Karmijn de Sonnaville - amongst others.
Tasting Notes: Ripe apple and apple skin aromas, soft wood notes, hints of tropical notes on the nose. It drinks semi-dry with plus acidity and medium tannins - great balance overall. Crisp, ripe apple and apple skins are central to the profile. Light sweetness, cut through by drying tannins and juicy acidity. Hints of caramel, butterscotch, and lemon and a light nuttiness. Light sipper, very refreshing, yummy candy like notes.
