The 4-pack includes high end ciders made exclusively with apples; the 6-pack also includes a couple of fruit forward semi-sweet ciders with fruit added after the cider's fermentation. We carefully selected the 4 apple forward ciders to include a range of acidity and tannin levels to help folks find cider characteristics they may find they enjoy and want to explore further.

Puget Sound Cider Company - Lost Apples (Washington State): This semi-sweet cider has abundant apple aromatics. Medium-plus to high acidity balances nicely with the sweetness. There's a bold acidity rush at first sip, but that softens to a much more mellow and pleasant mouthwatering acid - uncommon in most widely available sweet ciders. Medium-minus to low tannins. Flavor notes of pineapple, orange zest, fresh pear, fresh green apple, lemon, russets, quince. A nice citrusy & acidity lingers on the tongue. Tart, chalky, and fruity.
