Cidre Brut from Coat-Albret is a traditional farmhouse dry cider from Breton, France. Made with a blend of old French cider apples varieties from orchards surrounding the cidery. Aromas of orchard floor, dried peach, and fresh apple juice. Funky, tannic, and full-bodied cider. This cider drinks very slightly off-dry, with medium-plus tannins and acidity in great balance. Flavor notes of fresh ripe apple, leather, clove, and grapefruit peel. Lingering phenolics on the finish. This cider pairs nicely with lamb dishes.
