About this gift
Stolpman Vineyards Love You Bunches Rose 2024 showcases a playful yet precise approach to winemaking on the Central Coast of California. While the winery is famous for its carbonic Sangiovese, this bottling applies that same vibrant technique to pristine Grenache grapes. The fruit is sourced from high-quality sites in the Santa Ynez Valley and the Santa Barbara Highlands. The whimsical name serves as a nod to the gentle handling of the fruit. The harvest crew, known as La Cuadrilla, keeps the grape clusters whole and intact. These bunches rest for up to 24 hours to begin carbonic fermentation, absorbing a delicate pink hue and unique texture before being pressed.
The 2024 vintage was defined by a moderate summer and a warm September, allowing the fruit to ripen perfectly while maintaining freshness. This careful timing has produced perhaps the most aromatic release to date. The nose offers a blast of fresh strawberry and juicy watermelon that seems to fill the room. On the palate, this fruit character creates a layer of richness that balances the wine's bone-dry structure. It is crisp, taut, and full of energy.
