A fireside espresso martini built like a s’more. Espresso holds the base with decaf espresso beans and natural caramel depth, Toasted Marshmallow carries the middle with the campfire-charred edge rather than the plain-sugar version, and Dark Chocolate finishes with cocoa depth so the drink pours as dessert without pouring like syrup.

Drop one of each flavour cube into a cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka, a shot of fresh espresso, and ice. Strain and serve in a martini glass straight up. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow for the s’mores finish.
