High-proof Rare Dry Gin aged in Chardonnay barrels for nine (and in some cases, more) years, then transferred into ex-bourbon barrels, sourced from our friends at Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky for another two years of maturation. The final gin shows classic juniper and citrus with lashings of caramel and sweet spices along with hints of dried fruit, vanilla and toasted notes.
