About this gift
This is Dominique’s NV Sparkling Rose. A joyous wine made in a style reminiscent of the wines of his beloved homeland.
A three way blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this wine was once named Best Australian Sparkling Rosé at the inaugural Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in London and has received many great reviews from the likes of James Halliday and Wine Front’s Campbell Mattinson.
This a serious European style bubbly with a lofty pedigree and a more than humble price tag. Undoubtedly one of the best buys for this style in the country.
